Refund & Cancellation Policy

THE POLICY

ALL SALES OF PAID DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL.

No refunds are offered for digital product purchases once the transaction has been completed.

  1. No refunds

    The Rise Doctrine and The Rise System are digital goods, delivered electronically. Once a transaction has been completed, the purchase is final and no refund is offered.

    RISE-21 is free, so there is nothing to refund. Please read the product description before you buy.

  2. No subscriptions

    The Rise Code currently does not offer subscription-based products or recurring memberships. Every paid product is a one-time purchase.

    There are therefore no recurring subscriptions to cancel.

  3. Payment or delivery problems

    If you:

    • Were charged but did not receive the digital product you purchased
    • Have a technical problem accessing your purchase
    • Believe a payment was processed incorrectly

    email hello@therisecode.io with the email address you used at checkout and your payment reference if you have one.

    We will investigate the issue and help with delivery or access where appropriate.

  4. Duplicate or incorrect transactions

    If you believe a transaction was duplicated or processed incorrectly, email hello@therisecode.io so it can be investigated.
